Manor Farm Shop Catthorpe

Manor Farm Shop is a superb family run Farm Shop and Restaurant (serving home cooked food) based in the Leicestershire countryside and close to Rugby. Matt and the team have long been valued customers of ours. They use ICRTouch Touchpoint in the shop and restaurant linked to TouchOffice and TouchLoyalty in the back office. Scales, Label Printers and Scanners are incorporated into the system.

TouchLoyalty allows them to provide their customers with loyalty cards which can be programmed to give targeted discounts and offers. The customers are saved to a database and can be emailed promotions or just sent a birthday message.

We designed and provided Manor Farm with the loyalty cards and with labels that they use in their weigh label system (Ohaus Scale linked to an Intermec printer loaded with our Caxton software).
