UK delivery areas are broken into 3 zones (see below).
At checkout if you select 'United Kingdom' as the Country, you will be asked to select which 'Area'. These are then linked to the following zones. If the correct area corresponding with the relevant postcode wasn't selected we will usually contact you ASAP.
Free shipping over £100 is available based on the size of the order but this is currently only to the UK Zone 1. Depending on the size of the order though we may be able to waive or discount shipping fees for certain areas. Please contact us for more information.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your chosen Carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
You may see 'Direct from Supplier' listed as one of the Carriers. This will usually appear when we are not holding stock of the product. There are a few reasons for us not holding stock of a product.
By selecting direct from supplier you will receive the goods from our suppliers current carrier and we will endeavour to send you a shipment tracking number where possible. Shipment times may be vary but we will do everything to ensure the goods are despatched as soon as possible.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
