Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product unused with all manuals, attachments and original packaging, providing it has been paid for in full before despatch. It must arrive back with us within 14 days of delivery to yourselves. Once inspected you have the option of an exchange, credit note or refund excluding initial carriage charge. Please note if after inspection if any of the above is incomplete or the product has been used we will not be able to offer an exchange, credit or refund and there may be additional carriage costs involved in returning the item to you. If you would like us to collect the item that is not required this can also be arranged at an additional cost of £20 + vat up to 10kg.
After 14 days please contact us, as certain products we can accept back after 14 days, but the item(s) will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The cost of the return will be the customer’s responsibility, but if you would like us to collect, there will be an additional charge of £20 + vat up to 10kg. All products must be unused with all manuals, attachments and original packaging. We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% re-stocking fee for items that have been sent out correctly by ourselves, but wish to be returned because of incompatibility with existing equipment or have been ordered in error.

The cost of returning faulty or incompatible items to us is the responsibility of the customer, however we can organise a reverse collection but there is a standard charge of £15.00 + vat for parcels up to 10kg in weight, please contact us before returning the product as we can advise on cost, methods of return. Any damage or incomplete or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we accept no liability after this period.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These are goods that have the manufacturer's seal.

Merchandise that has been, used, scratched or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

If items are subject to a restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


Cancellation of orders will be accepted providing the goods have not been despatched. If the goods have been despatched and you wish to return the item(s) follow the procedure for returns.
