Barnacles Restaurant

On the border of Leicestershire and Warwickshire Barnacles Restaurant is an excellent restaurant serving primarily seafood.

The bar and kitchen are situated downstairs and the main restaurant is upstairs. We installed 2 x Touchscreens and Printers downstairs and 1 Touchscreen and 2 Printers upstairs, with another printer in the kitchen. Paymentsense Card terminals are synced with the tills for rapid pay at table operation.

The whole system is linked via mesh wi-fi/ethernet and seamlessly runs ICRTouch TouchPoint software, with appropriate print-outs for the kitchen, bar and waitress staff. All the print-outs are sorted into categories by the software to avoid confusion. The software links to TouchOffice Web back office cloud software.

Barnacles restaurant is a typical restaurant type installation for us and showcases our flexibility to design a system that complements the clients existing way of working.
